I have a MacBook (13-inch, Aluminum, Late 2008) I got the battery replaced around 1month ago and when you click on the percentage the battery condition shows service battery, it only has 29 cycles. Anyone know why the condition is so poor even though the battery was replaced recently and has a low number of cycles. This is the battery information from the system report. Battery Information: Model Information: Serial Number: Manufacturer: DP Device Name: bq20z95 Pack Lot Code: 0 PCB Lot Code: 0 Firmware Version: 0 Hardware Revision: 0 Cell Revision: 0 Charge Information: Charge Remaining (mAh): 409 Fully Charged: No Charging: Yes Full Charge Capacity (mAh): 1441 Health Information: Cycle Count: 29 Condition: Service Battery Battery Installed: Yes Amperage (mA): 767 Voltage (mV): 12082
Who’s battery did you get? I would review this Apple T/N Apple Portables: Troubleshooting MagSafe adapters. Make sure you’re using the correct charger and the MagSafe chargers cable and connector are in good shape, also check the systems connector too.
