Every once in a while, but more frequently as of late, my MacBook Pro has been shutting off randomly. This occurs while it is plugged in and or at > than 30%. My battery health is over 70%. This happens when running a single simple program like a small Word Doc, using multiple simple programs, but most commonly when using larger Excel Files or Minecraft. Specifically, with Minecraft the launcher doesn’t open upon restart or have a crash report as I’ve experienced before when the game causes the computer to shut down or crash. I’m not sure what the issue is or how to fix it. Any help is much appreciated :) Update (01/03/2023) Thank you Dan! Here is the CoconutBattery screenshot and the most recent Minecraft crash report I have. I have been playing a few different versions of Minecraft and only one had crash reports at all so that is what I’ve provided. Let’s get a better view on your batteries health. Install this gem of an App CoconutBattery then take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see. It would be helpful seeing the crash report. But you often have a ton of them in the log we only need the newest. Convert it to a PDF file so you can also post it as well here.
