Chosen Solution

Hello, so i have a problem with my macbook pro 13. For some reason I cant turn on the wifi and in the wifi icon it show an exclamation mark. In the network preferences as well doesnt show any wifi interface. Does anybody knows how to fix this issues. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ahmad, You can access Wireless Diagnostics by searching for it in the Spotlight search function or by doing the following:

  1. Hold down your Option key and click the wireless icon (the Wi-Fi symbol) in the status menu at the top of your screen.
  2. Select “Open Wireless Diagnostics…” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select “Monitor my Wi-Fi connection” from the pop-up window and click “Continue.”
