My wife says she can hear me faintly and she hears a bunch of static or wind in the background but I can use Siri just fine and send voice messages just fine only phone calls and all other apps my microphone has this problem
Did your bottom primary microphone was being in water. The primary microphone is used on calls and secondary microphone is used while using siri or loudspeaker. Your phone will be under warranty. Take it to apple store. They will replaced it.
