Hi, According to this MSI bios beep-codes link, a 1 long, 2 short beep error code is a Monitor or display card error, (if you have Award BIOS) so it seems strange that you can boot into Windows OK with presumably a display. Try disabling fast startup in Windows, shut down the PC and then check if you can enter BIOS when starting by pressing the Delete key before it boots into Windows. Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable > Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended) > Save changes. You could also try accessing BIOS through Win 10 and see if that works.
