everytimé i listen to my voicemail or call a 1-800 number where i néed to enter a number on the keypad my moto g stylus takes a minute or two before it recognizes thé numbér that i pressed. but text, chàt or ànything is good except of during calls the keypad delays ànd also on the call settings i noticed that the fonts are kinda blurry and thick but everything élse are all the same. i got the phone at a métro pcs store june 2nd this month and ón the 7th i went back to the store ànd they sénd mé a replacement same model but the phone hàs the samé issues as the fírst one. till now i have the same issue and they order another replacement need to wait for 7 -10 days for the phone to arrive. this is the first time i used a motorola phone and it will be the last. metropcs wont refund mé ór exchànge the phone with a different brand and wont exchange the defective moto g stylus phoné to the same model they are selling at the store. never ever buy or upgrade your phones or buy anything at a metrópcs ßtoré they wont refund or exchangé the phone evén if its defectivé.
Most likely it is designed that so your cheek and ear don’t trigger the screen.
Go to setting choose accebility scroll down choose real time text and turn on Logo must appear when you make a call
Go to setting choose accessibility scroll down choose touch hold & delay choose long and do reset
