Chosen Solution
I replaced the battery a month ago with one of your battery ,thinking that paying more would give me a better battery ,I followed instructions to the letter . But now find that my phone just shuts down at random percentages also in the setting screen for the battery the battery health says it needs service. Is this a bad battery ?
You most likely did receive a faulty battery and should contact support. Hope this helps.
