My password on my Windows 10 sometimes doesn’t work. I enter my password with the numerical pad, which work, but every now and again, it will say the password is incorrect. Then, I use the numbers on the main keyboard and it says it is incorrect when I am sure that it is right. I keep putting it in where it takes me to a screen that tells me to put in a code. I put in the code, then it will let me put in my password on the numerical pad. It works. but I am getting tired of having to do that. Help?
Hi Amber, Make sure you don’t have your Caps-Lock activated and make sure you have your Numlock activated. The numlock enables you to use the numpad. This might sound stupid but i have to make sure.
