My PC won’t POST all the fans spin up the CD drive is working fine, the Processor is also working fine, I changed the PSU, the RAM has just been changed by a technician and when I remove the RAM no Beep, I resetted the CMOS via jumper and battery. PLS anyone help….

If you have a voltmeter, let the computer start as far as it will go then use an open connector to measure the voltages. You should have 12V, 5V and 3.3V with a +/- 5 tolerance on the 3.3 and 5 and +/- 10% on the 12V. Since you replaced the power supply I assume it is ok but there may be a short somewhere and that is what you are test for. The black wire is the ground for all of these. Make sure all connectors are properly seated as well. If you can’t get into the BIOS settings then it is not likely that the hard drive is bad. If power is ok then the problem is likely the motherboard or CPU.
