My phone screwed up suddenly I need help please!!!
Have you tried a full factory reset? This will refresh the software on your phone. Go to the Settings app and scroll down to System. Then tap on the Advanced “down arrow" and select Reset Options. Then choose Erase All Data ( Factory Reset).
