I have a brand new charger In my bedroom. got up to check my phone it shows the red light but when I check to see if it’s charging nope I try other outlets the same thing I have a cord in the living room that is charging I am not understanding why this happens
it is likely the cord. I would also check to see if the charge port on your phone is dirty. They can get full of lint etc. Use a toothpick to gently remove dirt, and or compressed air.
