My phone suddenly went blank when operating it and I try to restart it since then the screen only display white and if call enter I will be able to pick it but can’t see who call me
Hi @dimxy95 Simple resets can fix an issue like this: Hard Reset - Home + Power for ~10 secsSoftware Reset - Connect device to iTunes and restore software (Use recovery mode if needed) If these don’t work, it is worth trying a replacement screen
