Activating the phone by pressing the button, placing my authorized fingerprint over the button, the phone does not open, I get my lockscreen - unresponsive. After several attempts, right above the activation button, is a timer notification that cautioned 10 minute wait to “try again”.
about finger print use purell. it helps 25%… but the only option is clicking home button and trying to use the secondary method with is code or pattern.. if it lets you to recover with gmail account even better.
