when i call our company it doesn’t ring inside the office but it rings from the phone i’m calling from
Maybe you accidenly turned the ring volume down. First try the volume switch on the phone case ( it is a physical switch on the outside of the phone) If that doesn’t work, go to settings ( the little gear) tap on it. Go to sound and tap it. You should see a slider for ring volume. Drag it to where you want it. There also may be Switch to turn it on and off.
