Why is my phone not saving incoming and outgoing messages or calls
Such fault appears due to some mis configuration means infection by virus as well.Save the important data and backup it and hard reset . You have to remember. Important data might have been lost like contact message etc go to setting. backup and reset reset setting or erase all setting. Hope your problem solved.
