its actually nokia 6.1 plus not nokia 6… its a new phone . I was using it on low battery and then suddenly found a bug on the screen . So I restarted it but it is not switching on now! someone pleeeeeeaassee help
Hello, Try pressing the power+volume buttons to hard reset the device in case it doesn’t work please take the phone to the nearest service center to get a closer look at the issue. Hope this helps….
