Chosen Solution
When i tried to charge it, the on/off button started to heat up. When i hold on the on/off button and the home button it didnt on. I opened the front and i checked it. I tried to on it. It didnt come. This phone is really new. I dont know what to do. Please get to me really quickly please. Thank you
unplug the battery and see iff it will turn on. if it comes on then replace the battery. the heating is right above the battery so that is another reason I think its the battery.
