My phone will not turn on or charge when plugged in it does nothing at all.
While plugged into the charger hold down power/volume up and down buttons for 10 sec. See if this works. If not take to local carrier to try a new battery.
Hello, Since Th G3 model LG has had a bad issue with the phone bricking itself. THIS IS NOT A BATTERY ISSUE. Im a Technician Here in California. http://www.lg.com/common to contact them about issues. this also is the same with the LG G3,G4, and V10 boot loop issues.

i also face this problum… i’ve visited most of the best repairer but most of them tel me that it is an compney eror.. one of them repair my fone as wel.. my sel was start working but only for one day… this problum could never be solved…
From what I gather, the LG models after the G3 have had an issue with the capacitors not being able to sustain a charge after some months of use. This may be a result in letting the phone die over and over again. Once it boot loops once, or won’t power on, give up on it. Take it to LG within the 1st year of purchase (if applicable). If you bought it more than a year ago without insurance, you’re out of luck.

Is this “press and hold volume and power for 10 seconds” solution for OLDER model V10s? I have two LG v10 phones, and this solution doesn’t work on either one. (One phone won’t turn on—the other is frozen on the logo screen! Talk about a one-two punch!)
