i need help on why my phone keeps restarting and wont stay on off the charger?
Have you tried a new battery? Has it ever gotten wet? Most times if your battery is bad the device won’t work unless its plugged in. If you have tried a new battery and that doesn’t work and the device has been water damaged there may be some corrosion in the device that needs to be cleaned.
