My phone was working fine then the speakers cut out and it wouldn’t charge then it shut down and they came up with no connection I tried to do the thing where you hold power and volume buttons down to get the menu so you can reset it but I get a different menu but I still got that drop-down list menu once I’m not able to interact with it though it says to connect to USB data cable

From the No Command message, either press “Vol UP” or “Vol DOWN” (depends on the phone) for 3 seconds and then release. You will then be taken to the menu you are looking for.
