My phone is 2 yr old Samsung Galaxy S4 It started going into S-View mode intermittently even though I was not using S-View cover. Now it has struck in the S-View screen. Whole screen is black with a Clock and call notifications. I am not able to access anything else I have done Hard reset to wipe out all the data and restart the phone. It didn’t work I have also removed a metal Screw near L1 as suggested in another forum (This worked for a while), but again its reverted back to S-View mode. Kindly suggest me a fix to this problem. Thank You
