Why is my phone stuck in safe mode I have reset it multiple times
Do all the hardware keys work properly on the phone? Power, home, volume up / down, back, app switch button? Holding the volume down key while booting will cause the phone to boot into safe mode, my guess is that either the volume down button is physically jammed or faulty.
