When I turn on my phone all I see is a ombre blue screen where it will not let me go to the lock screen to unlock it.
I would first try the old power button and homebutton reboot (hold both in until it restarts). If that doesn’t work, you could plug it into your computer and try to restore it from iTunes. If nothing else works, you can call Apple here. Hope this helps!
