Chosen Solution
I recently replaced my battery on my iphone SE and everything was normal until about 4-5 days after. I was using it and it just randomly shut off and then restarted itself. This has continued to happen making it quite frustrating to use. I see that there have been similar issues with people in this forum. Is the battery bad or is my phone not liking the new battery? False battery percentage readings have started occurring with this new on/off business.

Have you checked with a program such as CoconutBattery / 3UTools to see if the battery information / health is being read properly?
