Chosen Solution
We just did an internet speed test and my phone got 0.19 upload speeds while my brothers phone got 17.30 upload speeds. I can barely browse social media (videos/photos don’t load or load slowly) wondering what could account for this vast difference? I have disabled location services on my phone, “forgot” the network and reconnected, and it hasn’t made a difference. I don’t know anything about wireless internet terminology so I am at a loss for what to do here. Any help would be appreciated. My phone works fine on other wifi networks, just not at my home. Thank you
Try resetting network settings. Go to settings and hit general and scroll down and hit reset network settings and reconnect to the internet and see if that helps.
