my playstation 4 pro keeps lagging and freezing then saying it needs to send an error report. i checked my internet connection and my download is 33.8 and upload is 3.3 mbps which seems really slow. any help is greatly appreciated.
There is probably more than one correct answer for this without more information. Generally a slow connection speed can be attributed to your service provider, modem, router, and connection type. It really just depends. check the age of your devices. if you are renting from your ISP check to see if they have replacement equipment available.
