Both my power and home button on my IPod 4th generation not working, so i cannot use some of these answers. Also, my screen is being unresponsive. It isn’t letting me click on anything and leave the page.
Can you provide more history? Did this all happen at once ? If yes , then try a reset by holding power and home down for 10 seconds or do a restore through itunes.
