My Hp laserjet printer isn’t picking up the A4 sheet papers when I issue a command. it rolls over but doesn’t pick the paper. It gives an indication of paper jam, but has no paper jammed in it. What may be the problem?
Could be there’s something stuck in the path of the paper, I’ve had a bit of blu tack fall in there before. Also, make sure that the paper is in properly, and the paper guide is snug on the side of the paper. You could also try feeding a single sheet of paper in by hand and see if it takes that.
