Hello, yesterday I got a PS4 controller because my old one had a bit of a headphone jack stuck inside. When I pressed the turn on button (the Playstation sign button) it didn’t work. I charged it and after an hour I decided to try it again. It flashed then shown a yellow light, I pulled it out to see if it was working and by my surprise it wasn’t. I charged it again and played with my other controller. After a few hours, it still didn’t work. I waited until I woke up tomorrow it was the same. I looked up on how to fix it and then reset the controller multiple times and nothing happened.

Your new controller needs to be paired to your system to work. Turn system on, then plug usb lead in to usb port, and other end in to controller. Push ps button, controller is now paired to system and will work.
