Why is my Samsung side by side refrigerator freezing up?
Hi there, check that the refrigerator is level on the ground, also check that the door is closing fully and that there are no open gaps between the frame and the gasket. The other thing I would suggest to check is there are no breaks in the gasket, this is the plastic attached to the door and creates a seal when the door is closed. If it is damaged it will need to be replaced which is usually quite a simple undertaking.
