I bought a new samsung twin cooling plus with a separate freezer i full it with gas and and power it on and its work perfectly for 2 month suddenly the refrigerator stop cooling although freezer is cooling 2 days later both freezer and refrigerator stop cooling and the refrigerator are making a little noise from back side when i power it on? please help me
Hi @sanmilani Since it is a new refrigerator, follow the directions in the manufacturer’s warranty document that should be with the refrigerator as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair. Do not void the warranty by trying to fix it yourself.
