Hello, I have an iPhone 5S and after I sent it to a screen repair I have an issue that every time someone calls me I can’t hear my ringtone. But when I press on the Settings to hear my ringtone it works well. What should I do? Thank you!
As you can still hear your ringtone via Settings that proves that your speaker is working fine Did you try to reconfigure your ringtone? Did you go to ringtone management and chose a ringtone ? Or what did you do so far ? Update Try to clean the charging contacts with some 60% ethanol (alcohol) and cotton, which has 90% chances of solving your problem
