Hello! Im having a quite serious problem with iPhone. First i had iPhone 6+ and every time i do something with the phone (like scrolling facebook) and someone calls me, the ringtone starts to play and nothing shows on the screen. Im not able to press accept or decline call. I can press power button twice so it declines the call. That was not good, and i bought a new phone. Iphone 5s (screen replaced) The same thing happens now on that phone. If you dont understand the problem, i can up a video of the problem. Thank you!
Hi Nichelmo, I have had this problem before. I’ll tell you what’s wrong and how to fix it. It may be because you have been using your phone constantly without giving it a break or having your cell service storage run out… First, try closing out of the phone app and reopen it. Second, try restarting your phone. Third, go to Settings - Display & Brightness - Raise to Wake. If it’s on turn it off, if it’s off turn it on. This worked for me. Let me know if it doesn’t for you.
