Chosen Solution

I watched Netflix using Hulu last night and it was fine. This morning, it was “dead” - TV showed message saying there was no connection. So I unplugged the power cable from the stick. waited, then plugged it back in. The Roku went into it’s restart routine, but then started flashing on and off. I unplugged again, same thing. I unplugged the stick from the TV, same thing. It’s now flashing the home page, but this stutters out after a few seconds replaced by snow or by the message saying there’s no connection. I don’t know whether it’s dying power supply or something wrong with the stick. Any ideas? Is this fixable or am I better off getting a new, upgraded Roku?

Have someone with a multimeter test the output from the power supply against the specs to see if that may be the source of the problem. If not probably need a new roku.
