My Samsung A20s was just fine, but then when I woke up this morning it wont turn on. I tried to charge it, but it just keeps vibrating. I also tried to do the force restart process, it did show the Samsung logo and the percentage of the battery, but after several minutes it shows a triangle logo with a temperature image on it. What should I do, please help me.
Have you tried factory reset from Recovery Mode? but it will delete all your data. Actually, you may recover data from your Samsung or back it up before taking any measure to ensure data safety.
