Chosen Solution
My phone paused on a black screen, but it was still on because the notification light was still flashing. I couldn’t turn it off, so I took out the battery to restart the phone. Now after putting my battery back in it won’t turn on or charge. The screen is cracked, but other than that the phone was perfectly fine before. What do I do?
It could be that the lcd went out and may need replacement. When you put the battery back and turn it on does the light flash or phone vibrate?
It was just a battry that didn’t work my phone works again
