Chosen Solution

I forgot the password of my samsung j1, but it does not show any option about forgotten password to recover its password with gmail account without data loss… Please help me, how can i solve this problem myself???

  1. Login to Android Device Manager from a computer. https://accounts.google.com/signin/v2/id…
  2. Use the “Find my Device” function to find that phone.
  3. there should be an option to set or reset a new passcode.
