Using my phone very well till it decided to just go black, yet when someone calls meet goes through but I still can’t see, Can hear phone calls and messages but can’t access coz of the black screen
Have you or somone else recently replaced the screen ? If so, i would reconnect the connectors, if it does not help, test an other screen to see if fixed.
If it happened during the normal usage, it is most likely just software error. Put your phone to DFU mode, and connect it to iTunes. Chose “restore” than “restore and update” and wait for the end of the process. During the restore process the screen should come back.
