it rings and is receiving mess etc but the screen is blank / black can i fix this or does it have to be returned to shop only 2mths old
Hi did you by any chance drop your phone? Lcds get damaged on drop damage. You may be having a damaged LCD. If the phone is still under warranty I suggest you take it back to shop for checking and possible replacment of LCD on warranty.
sounds like the screen is faulty
