My phone turned off and now it doestn wanna turn on.. i can see that its working but the screen is black tbe buttons are lighting up…. i dont know what to do please help i hav this phone for less than 1 monts :(
Has it been dropped? The screens are very fragile, if you hold it up at a shallow angle can you see any lines or cracks anywhere on the screen underneath the glass?
The LCD’s probably cracked if you dropped it witch means either trading in you phone or getting a new screen. But, it could also me that a wire shorted out in you phone so only the buttons light up and not your screen
