I just turned on my phone and there was no lock screen. It’s showing the home screen but only the back-round. No apps or anything. I cant even restart my phone. What is wrong with it?
Just press and hold both the Sleep/Wake/Power and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. Let go after the Apple logo appears. See if this works
