How can I remove the colored lines down on my screen
alarm cage vertical lines are commonly caused by failure of the T-Con board or the Main board. It is also possible the bad ribbon cables (tears/corrosion) can also do that. Lastly even a bad panel driver can be the cause. Your TV is a bit off an Off-brand make and we would need to see what your boards/panel and cables look like as well as what the stripes on your display look like.
