I just replaced the battery in this 5s, however after closing it back up, the lcd distorts with little pressure applied to the display. I have removed the screen again to check for anything sticking up but everything looks as it should. Do I need a new screen?
There is static electricity between the battery and the screen try opening it and wipe it down. Disconnect and reconnect the battery and the screen.
