I just replaced my logic board due to water damage and this is what it looks like when i boot up Update (05/31/2017)

Hook it up to an external monitor to help isolate the problem. let us know your findings. UPDATE Now that you have done the external monitor test, we know the problem is with the display. First tell us if the machine has been dropped or received liquid damage.
