my phone was just fine that night, until this morning when i tried to use my phone. it can’t. i pressed the power button, the screen is turn on but when i tried to touch the screen to type my password…it seems my phone just freeze. i already tried to charge it, or pressed the power button really long, try to call my phone from my mom’s phone. but the phone doesn’t receive it.
check if the power botton switch is just displaced if not its the power botton switch inside youll need to clean before replacing it :) i hope this will help you rachel
