We recently bought this phone and Dropped it causing the screen to crack. It worked well up in till it started glitching. This is what happened.
we could power it off and on but the screen just shows boxes and lines. We removed the battery but still nothing works. It does vibrate but it’s mainly the screen. There’s no water damage or Pressure.
@emilyg444 your display is damaged. It may have worked well for a while until the LCD eventually failed. You need to replace it to fix this. It is not related to the battery or anything else.
As we can see the picture, the display of the phone is completely damaged but the good thing here is there is no issue with the motherboard. Your phone functionality is still good. That’s the reason you are able to receive the calls and messages. But unfortunately you can’t see because of the broken screen. I suggest you to contact the phone service center and get the screen replaced. Then it will work fine without any issues.
