I haven’t used my Ti-nspire in a while, and I plugged it in to charge it today and the screen will only light up white. But, I have tried to reset it and also take the battery out and it still won’t work.

First, check your battery, make sure it hasn’t corroded or damaged the calculator somehow. Next, I think your best bet is to try to re-install the OS.
