My screen isn’t turning on I can hear it recieve messages and here people call me but I can’t see the screen and I have already put it in rice so there is no water damage
If you are in your 1 year warranty don’t do this, but open it up and unplug and replug or try bending/unbending or toy around with the ribbon cable. It’s free and often is the problem. You might be able to replace the cable too.
