I recently bought a screen for my ipad but when i installed it the touch screen isn’t functional yet all other features like home button,power button… works fine but the touch isnt responding. i have unplugged the screen multiple times and then reseated the connectors, i have tried software restart and everything. what shall i do now?
You may have a faulty panel or the flex cable may be damaged. When you look at the flex connection on the new iPad digitizer/glass you purchased, is it kinked in any way or torn anywhere?
