Chosen Solution
My Blu phone has a MILD cracked screen at the top that goes slightly over the top-right corner of the display. Off and On the Blu phone will press itself there opening the menu that you would get if you were swiping down from the top. This happens off and on and sometimes I can slightly press on the cracked part and it stops and other times I have to wait for around 30 minutes for it to stop…it’s odd.
it does this because the touch screen digitizer is damaged replacing it should resolve the issue
